Clarified butter

The clarified butter “Zimarechye” is produced by means of processing butter by removing water, milk protein and milk sugar from it. The clarified butter is a valuable source of vitamins A, E and D, the concentration of which increases in the finished product as a result of removing excess moisture.

In cookery, it is used as an analogue of butter or vegetable oil. The clarified butter can be consumed in case of lactose intolerance.
